Q. Why have you sent the notification letter in the name of The Occupier?
A. This is a security measure. We do not want anyone ringing up claiming to be you to receive your post fraudulently.
Q. How do you send my mail?
A. In the majority of cases the mail will be delivered through Royal Mail or Parcel Force unless specifically requested otherwise by our clients.
Q. Do the items sent to my address have to be from “merchants” or can I receive mail from individuals as well?
A. You can receive mail at your address from anyone, whether it is a retailer or friend etc.
Q. Where is my post stored?
A. All mail is stored in a secure location
Q. What does the post/package contain that you are trying to send?
A. Under Interfering with mail - Postal Services Act 2000 Section 84 we are not allowed to open your mail on your behalf and therefore we would not know what the contents contain.
